The Art of Storytelling - Art Exhibition Opening

The Art of Storytelling – 

Calling all artists!  Sign-ups for the third annual “Art of Storytelling” contest will begin on June 1, 2025!  All artists will receive a copy of Everything I learned, I learned in a Chinese Restaurant: A Memoir by native Detroiter, Curtis Chin. Entrants will create a piece of art based on the book AND incorporate a library makerspace made item.  The winners will be announced at the exhibition opening reception at the Orion Art Center on Saturday September 6, 2025, at 6:00pm and the art exhibition will run until September 27^th.
