December – Bring your favorite 2025 read 

Grab your softest plushie, your best pajamas, your day full of stories, and join us for a wind-down adventure into bedtime with a nighttime-themed storytime.

Come with your child to explore music and movement! Through songs, finger plays, dancing, and games, you'll learn fun ways to help your child grow.

Could you build an amazing creation using only cardboard? Test your creative skills and then take your masterpiece home with you.

Join us the 2nd and 4th Fridays of most months for a chance to get out and socialize.  Each week will feature a different topic so that participants can enjoy the company of other seniors!

Test your knowledge of Disney songs with this fun take on Bingo. Bingo cards will feature song titles, and when you hear the song you cover the space. Prizes for Bingos!

We had so many LEGO bricks, we had to clean out our closet! Come for some free-building time and take your creations home with you.

Already know how to play chess? Come join the club! This is a casual meetup for kids who enjoy playing chess and want to face off against other players.

Bring the whole family for an afternoon of fun, laughter, and learning!

Meet some of Howell Nature Center’s Wildlife Ambassadors and learn about the wildlife found around our homes, including their characteristics and behaviors, how they can benefit us, and what we can do to help them survive in the wild world.

A music and movement-based program just for ages 0-5! Join us as we dance, groove, jump, and move to our favorite songs and rhymes, promoting gross motor skills alongside early literacy!

Let’s talk movies! Watch the movie with us at the Library, or come prepared to talk about the movie after viewing it from Kanopy or our DVD collection.

The group is open to all who wish to practice their English language skills in a relaxed and informal setting.  The topics vary widely, and it is a great learning experience as well as an opportunity to meet people.
