Calling all romance lovers— Sips and Pages, OTPL’s first romance book club is just for you! We’ll read a different romance book geared toward a specific romance genre/trope. Come prepared to share all your favorite juicy details!

The group is open to all who wish to practice their English language skills in a relaxed and informal setting.  The topics vary widely, and it is a great learning experience as well as an opportunity to meet people. 

All are welcome to join this lively book discussion held on the second Wednesday of the month.

Pick up a spice kit containing the spice of the month, corresponding recipes, and a reading list based on the chosen spice.  

Join us the 2nd and 4th Fridays of most months for a chance to get out and socialize.  Each week will feature a different topic so that participants can enjoy the company of other seniors!

A music and movement-based program just for ages 0-5! Join us as we dance, groove, jump, and move to our favorite songs and rhymes, promoting gross motor skills alongside early literacy!

Join us for a fun afternoon with all things related to KPop Demon Hunters! There will be snacks, crafts, and karaoke.  

Your favorite Squishmallow was born to be a star! Bring a Squishmallow to model for your painting.

Do you love movies? This will be trivia in a whole new way. We’ll show pictures from movies or of movie characters, and you will have to guess the character’s name and movie title. It will be fun for all the movie lovers in your crew.

Join hosts from i3Detroit Makerspace, Lake Orion High School & Waldon Middle School Robotics Teams, and the Library’s own Makerspace team to learn about creative & maker technology, augmented reality, experiment with fun

The Oakland University School of Music, Theatre, and Dance faculty recital series continues with tenor Drake Dantzler and pianist Victoria Shively.

Adults with special needs and their caregivers can join us for stories, songs, movement, and activities.  

Join the latest GAP activity at the library. Lake Orion Middle school students in grades 6-8 are invited to participate in an exciting after-school program featuring crafts, activities, games, snacks, and more.

Already know how to play chess? Come join the club! This is a casual meetup for kids who enjoy playing chess and want to face off against other players.
