Event Details
Empower Your Body: A fun series of yoga blended fitness classes with Pushna Wellness, outside in the beautiful space behind the library. Drop-in to any or all three classes.
Weds | 6:30 pm
Sept 13: Power Yoga: Strengthening yoga poses, holding and flowing to challenge the mind and body.
Sept 20: Flex & Flow: Light resistance bands and body toning mixed with a yoga flow to strengthen and stretch the body.
Sept 27: BOYO (no boxing bag or experience required): Boxing moves incorporated in a flow with yoga and stretching to empower and have fun while also experiencing mindfulness and stretching.
