Do you want a better way to navigate the ups and downs in your life? You will be introduced to the practice of Mindfulness Meditation and lifestyle using simple techniques you can use everyday. Each week, there will be a short talk, written exercises, and we will practice meditation. Please bring a wrap or throw for warmth. Facilitated by Susan Forgie CMMT.
