Already know how to play chess? Come join the club! This is a casual meetup for kids who enjoy playing chess and want to face off against other players.

Let's get together one more time before our final Battle of the Books competition! During this meet up we will answer any final questions, perform a "mock" battle so participants know what to expect, and play a few battle related games.

Visit with one of our therapy dogs to practice your reading skills with a silent listener - the dog! Readers can collect stamps for a free book. Readers will be assigned a 15-minute timeslot upon arrival. 

We are celebrating the library’s 100^th birthday with a special hat. Customize a hat by adding your favorite colors and wear it all year to help us celebrate!  

Join our furry therapy friends as we gather to relax and watch a movie about some four-legged companions. Snacks provided.

This presentation reviews emergency preparedness and outdoor safety for children grades K-5 including water activities, seasonal hazards, wildlife and plant safety and more!

We are celebrating our 100^th birthday with some candles that you design. We’ll have pool noodles that you can decorate in your own style.

Bring your bikes or scooters and try out obstacles in the library’s parking lot! Kids will practice maneuvering and learn important safety skills using roadway signs and cones.
