In partnership with LOCS Early Childhood Special Education’s Parent Involvement Day, we offer this welcoming, interactive environment designed for children with special needs and sensory seeking kids.

Join us for a fun-filled hour of learning and creativity designed specifically for children in kindergarten through 3rd grade.

Visit with one of our six therapy dogs to practice your reading skills with a silent listener - the dog! Readers can collect stamps for a free book. Readers will be assigned a 15-minute timeslot upon arrival. 

Join local youth actors and storytellers from Oxford Wildcat Professional Theatre Co. As they lead a fun storytelling event starring Ariel, the Little Mermaid, Includes craft activities.

Join our furry therapy friends as we gather to relax and watch a movie about some four-legged companions. Snacks provided. This program is generously sponsored by the Friends of the Orion Township Library.

Join us for a special Storytime and meet officers from the Lake Orion Police Department and the Orion Township substation. We will read stories, dance, sing and learn more about these special helpers in our community.

Join us for a fun and interactive storytime where children and families can enjoy stories in both Spanish and English! This bilingual session will feature engaging books, songs, and activities that help develop language skills in both languages.

The Youth room will be transformed into a miniature golf course for the afternoon! Drop in any time between 2-4 to play a fun game with your family.
